Discover the delight of combining simple pantry ingredients with wild crafted herbs to make candies that are both delicious and nutritious. We’ll discuss the health benefits of each of our ingredients, including chocolate, and then the aprons will go on! Participants will go home with a lovely batch of Herbal Electuaries and two types of herbal truffles, each decorated with your choice of toppings.

Herbal Infused Vinegar- December 2023
$93.00 – $108.00Herbal infused vinegar is easy to make and wonderful to take! Learn how adding just a few simple, fresh ingredients can enhance the scientifically proven curative power of apple cider vinegar. As we chop, we’ll discuss the variety of internal, external, and household applications, the many benefits of apple cider vinegar itself and the added value of combining it with wild plants, cultivated herbs and veggies. During this class you will have the opportunity to make and take Margo’s tried and true “must make” Fire Cider Vinegar formula for Immune system support and increasing circulation and heat during cold weather imbalances.
